We are looking for a skilled Precast Production Engineer to oversee and manage daily production operations within our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning production schedules, coordinating with design and quality teams, and ensuring all precast elements meet required specifications and industry standards.

You will play a key role in optimizing production efficiency, minimizing waste, and maintaining strict quality control throughout the manufacturing process. The role requires strong technical knowledge of precast systems, mould preparation, curing processes, and handling procedures.

Candidates should have experience in precast or construction manufacturing environments, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to lead production teams effectively while maintaining safety standards.
